How it Works

  1. Booking and Deposit

    • Contact me through the website form or email to check availability for your wedding date. We’ll discuss your vision and the type of keepsakes you’re interested in.

  2. Booking and Deposit

    • A $25 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit will go toward the final cost of your preservation piece.

  3. Getting Your Bouquet to Me

    • It is best to get the bouquet to me within 1-3 days of the wedding. The most you should go would be 5-7 days. Keeping your bouquet in the fridge will help extend the life.

    • You can:

      • Drop off your bouquet (often by a family member or friend traveling through Denver)

      • Arrange for me to pick it up for an additional fee.

      • Ship it securely (I’ll provide detailed instructions to ensure your flowers arrive in good condition).

  4. Preservation Process

    • Once I receive your bouquet, I’ll carefully preserve the flowers and begin designing your chosen keepsakes. I will need to know if you want a shadow box, or piece with pressed flowers.

    • The process typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity and number of pieces.

  5. Choosing Your Keepsakes

    • Options include floating frames, resin trays, coasters, and more. If extra flowers remain, I’ll offer discounts for creating additional keepsakes.

  6. Final Payment and Delivery

    • Once your piece is complete, I’ll notify you with photos of the finished product and an invoice for the remaining balance.

    • Your finished keepsake can be picked up, delivered locally (for a fee), or shipped.

  7. Caring for Your Keepsake

    • I’ll provide tips on how to care for your piece, such as keeping it out of direct sunlight to maintain its beauty.
